Biography: 
In terms of past she has was trouble to say the least from a young age she was always curious. Getting her nose in to whatever she could and jumping from one thing to another.  She born though to a family of scientists and as such was surronded by knowledge and was encouraged to to research things no matter what the subject.  Though at the age of 7 she was attacked by a group of men trying to get her mother to release her notes on a certian subect in this case growth of esper abilties.  Though she was saved by a female member of judgement.  This had a big impact on her mind causing her to shy away from men and boys beyond those she knows personally seeing them as a unneeded hassle.  Though this also caused her to enter judgement to try and stop such things from happening.  Though she also trained in the use and maintence of firearms as well to protect herself as well.  

Personality:
She is passionate about things she loves and or interests her though on the opposite side things she is uninterested in she avoids and or simply ignores in favor of something else.  While easy going she often says things in a philosophical tone making her seem odd and or different.  As a person she seeks freedom that she can get from feeling the wind blow in her hair from doing such. Her thoughts are always moving constantly in motion so it makes it hard for people to keep up with her thoughts.  This makes her seem flighty always having her head in the clouds.  Though she is smart in mulitple fields rather than actually being air headed or the such.  She preferes things sour though that is as far as her taste in food goes.

Special Skill: 
Heavenly Wind (天国の風 - Tengoku no Kaze) - manipulating the wind she is able to take increase her speeds in which she is able to run to greater speeds though this comes at a cost and while running at such speeds she can not control direction as well.  

Signature Move: 
Iron Bottom Sound (鉄底音-Tetsu soko-on) - Manipulating the wind around her she is able to create a blade of wind in which she is briefly able cut the "space" around the opponet causing three cuts on the opponet instead of a single cut.  In theory at higher levels she would be able to create and control more blades easilly though at her current level she can only control one. 
  
Disadvantages: 
-She can only go foward with this skill rather than from multiple angles.  
-This takes time to build up control and as such distractions can cause her to lose control of the wind thus cutting something she was not aiming for. 
-The singular direction of the attack is its main downfall thus one can dodge it if expecting the attack.

Extras: 
carries a few pinwheels with her that she can throw with pin point accuracy.  Though their purpose so far seem to be to aid in generating wind for she could use.  Is skilled in the use of multiple types of fire arms and owns a few.
