"I suppose it's time for me to make my entrance," Tsumiki said, pushing himself up out of his chair. He made it up to the stage with little difficulty, though he did bump into an empty chair at the end of the row, and stood in front of the microphone. Moving his hand from the side, he grabbed the stand when it touched his arm and removed the mic. "I suppose you expect me to make a speech now." He said flatly, then sighed and stood up straight. "Welcome, students of Hybrid academy. My name is Tsumiki Tatsuya. As your student council president, I will ensure that each of you, esper and magician alike, is treated with respect and equality. Every person here is here working toward the same goal, an end to the tensions that have plagued the shaky peace between science and magic. I will ensure that goal does not fall prey to that very enmity. If you have any problems, please come see me at any time. My door is always open." Stepping back from the stand, he took his place with the other student council members.
