It wasn't exactly something he would actively keep from anyone, but as a habit, he didn't often bring up things about himself that were not directly asked about. Now he just wondered if she would ever let him know that she knew. 

In a way, this seemed convenient. There was less need for him to speak if she already knew so much about what was going on with him. He just hoped none of it was particularly disturbing in any way.
