Personality: Viktoria is very enthusiastic with Pokemon and training, she has a very strong sense of justice. She is extremely competent as a Pokemon leader some called her a savant with Pokemon battles, she is protective of all life, from the weakest Pokemon to the strongest trainer, she wants to protect everything from evil. She is expressive and emotional, often wearing her hearts on her sleeves and his a bleeding heart. She is somewhat Naive but makes up for it with intuitive and persistence.

Past/History: Viktoria had a rough start in life, being born into a poor family in Vermilion City. But what they lacked in money they made up for with morals and kindness. Her parents were extremely loving and caring spending the little they had to give her chance to shine in life. Even from a young age her knowledge about Pokemon battle strategies and caretaking was unrivaled. When she got her first Pokemon at tens years old the two went on many adventures, she made a name for herself. When she people abusing Pokemon or mistreating young trainers, she would dress up as a hero and protect them an idea she gotten from a cartoon she used to watch as a kid, soon she got the name of Mistress Sparks, the bane of evil doers.

She decided to join the Giga Region gym leaders, so she can have a more permanent location so she can help as many people she can and be a known figure in the city she is the gym leader of. She has soon became known as a famous and tough gym leader, even though she goes all out she is a fair trainer never using underhanded tricks and never letting others using such tricks on her. She is popular with do-gooders and children for her just and fair personality and the way she supports the community, she's feared and hated by criminals for the same reason and her tenacity and harsh fighting styles for evil doers.
