Biography: 
Kishiko grew up in a small family containing her and her parents.  Though they lived in a rural area they lived comfortably and by the sea.  Growing up she had a fascination with the sea and when in water she felt like a different person.  This was a small step towards her new future it was when she was 10 that she discovered her esper powers.  She had hydrokinesis the ability to control and manipulate water.  This though caused her family to be split apart her mother was fearful of what this would mean for their life and the father wanting to encourage her to expand upon her abilities.  Seeing that they can’t see eye to eye Kishiko moved with her father to academy city where they were able to help build upon and control her abilities.  This lead her to gaining a solid grasp on a lot of things and eventually lead to her becoming a proficient with multiple ideas behind esper abilities mainly the personal realities of espers in which their power can generate from.  Though life in the city was hard for her she had a hard time adapting to the new technology and her esper abilities made people interested in her she was often taken for lab tests and studies to understand and expand her abilities.  It was in an attempt from getting away from the more common schools in academy city where they were under the direct control from larger groups that focused way to much on the expanding and development of esper abilities.  Though she can be considered a tea addict and normally takes time for her "tea time which she invites people to usually offering tea, scones, and  at times cake she made herself.
 
Personality:
Kishiko can be described in a few simple words mainly cheerful and calm at time she can be overly confident with herself.  Though despite all of this she cares deeply for others and is willing to go out of her way to help people even if she doesn’t like them.  As a person she is cheerful and competitive refusing to let due things she believes she can do as well.  Personally she prefers days of peace and relaxation though she is not afraid to get her hands dirty and fight when she believes is needed.

Special Skill: 
Water arrow (水の矢印- Mizu no yajirushi) – Like the name suggests she manipulates water to create a bolt/arrow of water that has high piercing abilities enough to pierce through steel.  She does this through a modified crossbow that has a slot at top for a cartridge of water for her to use.  Though she has enough control to create a bow and arrow for a similar effect. 

Signature Move: 
Wave arrow (波の矢印- Nami no yajirushi)- Using the same principle behind the her water arrow she creates a single arrow than once it takes flight it splits and rains down multiple arrows upon the person
  
Disadvantages: 
-  because of the principle behind the attack it requires more focus thus making it on the level of a final attack where she can’t use it often(signature move).  
-This takes time to build up control and as such distractions can cause her to lose control of the arrow thus making it veer off course.
- Due to the sheer amount and number of arrows it creates it takes a lot out of her thus leaving her exhausted for a short amount of time(signature move).
- Enough force can counteract the arrows and make it collapse upon itself.
