I'm not sure myself, I've started looking for costumes to put up in the 1st OOC, and I'm planning on him being under Lex Luthor's control. Since the version I'm familiar with was a half Lex, half Kryptonian clone of Superman. I tried to write him up as heroic as possible to leave it open ended on that factor, he could actually be a hero helping, or Lex's personal 'Superman' who'll eventually start doing bad things, I haven't' decided.

The ones that are active? It would seem it would be Spandez, and the slime creature.

I plan on starting the next event sometime soon but for now you guys have your run on the mill. However, if any of you put yourselves in a city like Gotham or Central I'd probably have to rp an NPC interaction. I'm also thinking of having a GL corps member coming to Earth to investigate the inactivity of Hal, though that probably won't be for awhile.
