[i] I'd also like to tell everyone applying that there are several ways we form the big group:

Since Len & Iris are already together, and are now in Virginia- this is where we are forming our big group.

1) You can all be individuals that we meet along the way.
2) You can be all one group already with relationships 
3) You can have mixed groupings (ie: 1 pair, and 1 individual)
