Those were the words Ni had been waiting to hear.  His information about his sisters assailant led him to this village.  He thought maybe the Elder would have some kind of insight about who might have killed her.  So upon the invitation Ni's anticipation was teaming. It seemed he wasn't the only one just a little too excited to be going to see the elder, although he knew his purpose was entirely different to be sure.  But, they didn't have to know that.   

[quote]"Wow, this is kind of exciting, isn't it?"[/quote]  The girl within the group asked.  "Yea! I wonder what he wants!"  Ni coughed at his slip of being a bit too enthusiastic.  But how could he not be?  This day had taken so many years to fruition.  He hoped this wasn't just another dead end in regards to his investigation, but he knew the honor to be called in nonetheless.  Ni straightened his posture and cleared his throat and followed the woman in.
