Karen must apply makeup on her face to look normal, since her skin color is now blue.

Karen is 5'6 with blue hair, blue skin, and a swimmer's body. She must wear gloves to avoid harming people with her freezing touch.

Powers: Can produce ice, and freeze most forms of water. Also able to freeze most objects, she can lower the air temperature of everything in a six block radius. (It's hard to really explain the powers)
Skills: Skilled in martial arts, a degree in teaching from University of Minnesota Duluth, basic firearms skills, can staff fight.
Equipment: Carries a device she calls the winter scepter, cell phone, burner phone.
