Trainer hasn't really described the cities nor have they specifically mentioned an era- so just think of the rp as an open sandbox for the time being. That way everyones characters can dress the way they like.

This rp is collaborative, though, so throw any ideas around and we all can come to an agreement, and Trainer can approve or disapprove as they see fit.
