Bloodcasting: In a pinch, Joren is capable of using his own blood as the material for writing his spells and as a source of mana. Such an effort, however, will cost him a huge amount of energy and will possibly kill him–so he’d much rather not use it. He can use the blood of others as well, though he must do it by physical contact with the fluid in question and he’s sworn to never use it.
This isn't a special thing. Some magi drink blood to replenish their od; bodily fluids contain some life force in them, with the lewd one being the most efficient. That said, using the prana in your own blood is just using your own od, which is kinda bad because od is shitty compared to mana. Nobody uses od to cast stuff, cause you have like, no od inside you. Basically, you can do this but also everyone else can do it too.
Remember the Name: By writing a person or Servant’s name on a piece of paper, Joren can read their abilities and a few of their personal details. The amount of the name he has changes his power–a full name lets him see every ability, but just a first or last name gives him around half.
This just isn't a thing. The Ruler Class has True Name Sight as a Class Skill, but that's A. Given by the Grail and B. Exclusive to Servants because they're also made by the Grail. To somehow automatically figure out every ability someone has is like, accessing the Akashic Record and sorting through it for data or something. My Caster needs her A rank Noble Phantasm to do stuff along those lines, and even then it's not automatically getting info so much as scanning for and observing it through the cup. The way you're trying to do it, especially by modern magus standards and with the fact that there's not even an aria, just doesn't work at all.
Words of Power: By far his most useful ability, Joren is capable of writing a word on paper and summoning an item with it. Most have to be simple, or writing the description takes too long to be of use. This is how he does basic mage abilities like fireballs and the like: by describing them on a sheet of paper, then triggering the enchantment when necessary.
So what you're doing here is kind of like Wishgranting. That's what the Grail does, as well as things like Illya because she's a cup. Certain other things in the Nasuverse can do things like that too, but none of them have Magic Circuits, so they couldn't be a Master anyway. That said, what you're doing isn't Wishgranting because it's a summoning ritual, but for a summoning ritual you need more than just writing a word down on a piece of paper. Also you need to be summoning stuff from somewhere, and as far as this is concerned there's no real way to make this work the way you want it to. If you want, the best way to sort of do what you want is something similar to what Ciel does in hiding Black Keys inside Bible pages. You could have some pieces of paper with stuff hidden in them, like a knife or something, I guess. It's shaky but it probably works mechanically. You won't be able to get the fireball thing to work though, that's just not how it works.
Other: Joren always carries a magically enhanced pen that has an infinite supply of ink behind his ear and two pads of notecards in his pockets.
If it has an infinite supply of ink you'll get crushed by the Counter Force, or something. Just give him some ink cartridges.
