[@Darkraven] You know what, you seemed pretty into your JSDF guy and perhaps I was wrong to block his entry the way I did. Let's make him a U.N Peacekeeper, operating out of Easton Safe Zone searching for survivors - in tandem with U.S Army and National Guard elements. The dead are walking around for no reason and everyone's happy with that, so I doubt anyone will take offence to a minor JSDF presence in America. We'll stick with what I originally proposed, that your man had originally been stationed in Africa during the outbreak there, but was then pulled out when the situation became untenable. He and his comrades were then redeployed to an ailing America, because at the time Japan seemed like it would escape the crisis, and wanted to retain good favour with its greatest international ally by providing token assistance. A move that divided the Japanese parliament, no doubt! I'm sure there'll be someone who will try to poke holes in all of that, but I'll crush them. No swords and shields though. Are we any closer to an agreement?
