In the heart of the Panmundia continent, Barubaré Village was bustling with tons of dramatic activity. The Summer Festival would be starting in a few weeks, and all the traders were opening up shop for the large influx of visitors they'd be seeing in the coming weeks. People from all over the continent had come to this little trading town to celebrate the turning of the seasons, and the civilians were all preparing for the influx as well.

The huge 40ft arches around the marketplaces were being decorated by glorious streamers by pterosaurs, gardening Hadrosaurs were heavily cropping plants so that they looked their finest, and the massive gong at the center of town was being polished to a glimmering shine for it's big ring in the coming days. The air smelled of all sorts of wonderful aromas that traders brought from across the vast land: curry and spices from the west, the lavender and freshly cut wood from the east, and the fruity tang of exotic citrus from the southern islands. Walking down the massive streets were Sauropods carrying heavy cargo on their backs, Stegosaurs carrying donut-shaped bread on their spikes which hungry children ran after rather like how human children chase ice cream trucks, and ambassadors running around frantically while trying to translate all the different languages. Even a Segnosaurus barber seemed to be quite overwhelmed by the huge influx of creatures now needing trims from his small shop.

Rather inconspicuous among the massive waves of huge Saurians was a small hooded figure. The creature only stood a good 2 feet tall, but her species remained ambiguous with his face covered by a large hood. She seemed to be in discomfort from being so wrapped up in the heat of the mid-day sun, but nonetheless, walked with purpose through the huge crowds as she headed away from the center of town. Eventually she found himself walking towards the entrance of a very important place: perhaps the most important place to her in Panmundia. She was standing outside of the Twin Tails Guild Building. She had finally made it.

Suddenly, in order to get a better look at it, the figure pulled her hood off her face and looked up at the massive building, revealing herself to be a Velociraptor. Her feathers were a light brown with occasional black and white strands across their length, and the feathers on his tail and arms were tipped with snow white ends. She took a long and deep sigh, exhausted from the long journey it took to get there, yet overjoyed to finally see the place with her own eyes. Her future lies within the doors before her, and she quickly grabbed the handle to push the doors open...

What she saw was far from her expectations...

Suddenly, a beer bottle came flying out of the doorway she just opened, barely missing her and crashing directly into the Guild's outer fence. She then turned back inside to see an all-out brawl going on in the Guild. Pterosaurs were dunking beer on everyone's heads, sauropods were holding multiple other creatures down under their weight, pachycephalosaurs were smashing into each other, and even a big Gigantopithecus was holding a crocodilian in a headlock. The whole tavern was filled with the cries of fights between the numerous species, and the Deinonychus wondered if he found the right building...

"You lied to me about that cute saleswoman!" A Kosmoceratops roared at a tiny Thrinaxodont while charging after it at speed.

"Ok everyone, I think that's enough-" A Sapeornis said before getting launched away by a swinging Hadrosaur tail.

The Deinonychus' expression was one of complete awestruck. He was taken aghast by the fact he was finally in the Guild he looked so long for, but also shocked by the members around him... He stood cautiously near the entrance of the guild looking on at the fighting, trying to stay out of the onslaught of fights from all corners.

"Fight me!" An Embolotherium roars at a Carnotaurus before charging at imposing theropod. However, the Carnotaurus managed to dodge the attack by sidestepping it, and the Embolotherium crashes into a bunch of barrels of beer and wine, causing it to spill on the floor.

"Hey!" A female Estemmenosuchus yells angrily while running over to the pouring barrels. "Geeze guys! Watch out for the beer! You all have no class at all!"

She then proceeds to start gulping out all the beer that was falling out of the barrel, leaving the Velociraptor awestruck by here abilities...

"It's only noon and you guys are already crying and whining?" A Thalassodromeus states while walking down calmly through the crowds of people. "You all aren't kids you know..." He then victoriously lifts his wings into the air while jumping into the middle of a major hassle. "Real men speak with violence!"

"Ugh... How noisy can you guys get?" A colorful male Sylviornis says from the sidelines, flaunting his good looks to two females that were cuddling up next to his wings. However, after he spoke, a plate full of salad flew into his face, causing him to grow pissed...

"Grrr..." He says while getting up and walking over towards the mob angrily. However, before jumping into the fray he turns around and winks flirtatiously to the two woman and speaking to them in a calm, cool voice. "I'm going to join in. To protect you girls, of course." He says while posing and pointing both of his wings at the two. They look on at him with hearts in their eyes and wish him luck.

"What the hell is with this place?" The Velociraptor asks to himself as she looks around. "There isn't one normal person here!"

"Oh, are you new here?" A calm, feminine voice states to her from behind. She quickly turns to see a large, crested Tupandactylus behind her. She was wearing a vest around her body. Her eyes grew wide for a moment as he managed to recognize her. This was Chloe, one of the most famous S-Rank members of Twin Tails.

"Your Chloe! The Chloe!" The Velociraptor says excitedly.

Chloe smiles a bit as she recognized her. "The one and only."

"It's great to meet you, but..." She starts before turning away and looking towards the massive brawl going on besides them. "Uh, sh-shouldn't we be stopping them?"

Chloe turns to look at the fight as well. "They're always like this. We should just let them be. Besides-"

Chloe was unable to finish her sentence as, out of nowhere, the Thalassodromeus she saw earlier suddenly flew out of nowhere and collided into her, sending the two pterosaurs flying into a nearby wall. The Velociraptor was completely flabbergasted that she was struck down so suddenly, and as she lifted herself up from the ground, she managed to finish her sentence.

"it's fun, don't you think?" She manages to usher before collapsing from exhaustion alongside the other pterosaur. The Velociraptor panicked as Twin Tail's most famous member had fallen.

"Ugh, how annoying..." the female Estemmenosuchus stated again as she got up from drinking from the barrels and ran into the fray herself. "I can't even have a nice relaxing drink... You guys better knock it off!"

"Now I'm mad!" A Edmontonia roars as he charges around the Carnotaurus from before's legs.

"What a nuissssssssance you people are..." A Gigantophis hisses.

"Bring it on!" A Nagmetosaurus bellows.

"This is getting outta hand!" The Velociraptor screams while hunkering down in worry at what came next.

Suddenly, the guild doors blast open with the force of a charging Triceratops, and an extremely long, dark shadow trails into the hallway from the outside sunlight. A roar erupts from outside that could rival that of a Tyrannosaurs, followed by equally ferocious words.

"THAT'S ENOUGH, YOU FOOLS!"

Everyone in the entire guild freezes and halts what they were doing mid-action. All eyes were now completely trained on the doorway, and the terrifying creature that likely existed just outside. The Velociraptor was utterly terrified upon seeing this being suddenly come in out of nowhere, especially if he had the ability to cause everyone in the guild to cease what they were doing so easily. His presence alone turned the entire guild from a complete war, to the description of perfect silence...

"Oh, your back from your trip master?" Chloe says after managing to get up from her crash course a moment ago.

"Yeah, but I didn't expect to see this upon my return..." The voice stated more calmly.

"Master!?" The Velociraptor asked, utterly terrified.

"Hmm? You new here?" The dark figure states as he walks forwards towards the Guild entrance.

"Y-Yes!" She states nervously.

"Well then..." The figure states as he comes out of the bright, glaring sun of the outside world and manages to show himself before them all as a... Tiny bird. The Velociraptor was dumbstruck as the little Jeholornis then managed to kick off the ground and glide over the numerous other members before landing on the ground before him and Chloe. "Nice to meetcha!"

"Master Marcarov?!" The Velociraptorasks, somewhat excited, somewhat terrified.

"Yeah, the one and only." He says while smiling, making her feel more comfortable. He then turns back to look at the crowd behind him. "Give me a moment to school my children. I'll get to you in a second..."

Master Marcarov then jumps up into the air again and glides onto a nearby platform on the second floor above. He then clears his throat as all members of Twin Tails look up at him from far below, preparing for their punishment...

"You guys have all gone and done it again..." He starts. "My meeting with the other Guild Masters had to finish early because of all this paperwork I got from the High Council! Just look how much I got this time..."

Marcarav then reached onto his back and pulled out a scroll from his satchel. He then let it unwind before him, the top being held under his foot, and the total length was revealed. The scroll had to be longer than many of the Sauropod member's necks, and it ended up touching the floor below...

"It's all complaints!" Marcarov continues. "All you guys ever do is get the council mad at me!"

Everyone looked down at the ground in disappointment and guilt for what they had done, and Marcarov seemed to tremble in in anger as his eyes squinted closed. The Velociraptor simply looked on in fear and worry about what would happen...

"However..." Marcarov said, a small smile forming on his face.

Suddenly Marcorav, in one swift movement, threw the whole scroll into the air. As it fell, he deployed his folded, sword-like wing blades and sliced it into tiny little bits and pieces, shocking everyone around him.

"TO HELL WITH THE COUNCIL!" He shouts as the little pieces of the scroll scattered amongst everyone around.

"Now, listen up!" Marcorav begins. "Power that surpasses reason is still born from reason. Our abilities are not a miraculous power. Our power is only realized when the flow of energy inside all of us, and the flow of energy in this brilliant world comes into perfect sync! Our abilities all come from mental strength and focus- no, it comes from our entire soul! If you worry about the eyes watching from high above, and you will make no progress in the ways of honing your abilities and becoming the greatest persons you can be. Don't let the fools on the council scare you! Follow the path you believe in!"

Marcorav then lifts one of his wings in the air triumphantly. "That's what us members of Twin Tail do!"

Everyone throughout the guild then manages to cheer loudly and wildly. Those who can manage to throw their arms into the air triumphantly, and those that cant make the loudest bellows and calls they possibly can to express their happiness. The Velociraptor simply looks up at the Guild Master while smiling hugely, in complete awe that such an amazing leader could even exist. She couldn't help but be overjoyed by the master's speech.

Almost immediately and unanimously, all members of the Guild began working together to put everything they had just destroyed back together. Ones who were just at each other's throats were now helping each other up and laughing about the whole ordeal, and the whole guild was falling back into a joyful and happy order. Chloe quickly got up and walked besides the Velociraptor, and Marcarov then glided down before the two.

"Well, you mind not telling anyone I said that?" she says while smiling. "The council would have my head if they knew... But anyways, what's your name?"

The Velociraptor took one more look around the room, amazed by all the members and the amazing master before him. She then turned back to Marcaroc and smiled herself. "My name's Nagasaki, and I've come to join your Guild."
