Indeed just a little tad short.
Although mine was equally short, in my defense: I was hesitant on making lore where none was.

I would perhaps flesh out the history of the tribe as a whole. Say for example where the tribe was and how did the humans get into the ritual of killing them. And perhaps what sort of monk-style she trained and perhaps how she was granted permission to leave her tribe.

Other than that, I enjoy the backstory.
What an odd bunch we have.

1) Kobold hatchling turned adventurer-mage to protect Kobolds from human.
2) Troll batman, because dead parents and ninja skills.
3) Sagahin researcher turned adventurer-support to get back his research notes.
4) Orc monk, because hates humans.
