The Most Serene Republic of Carnelia (herein “Carnelia”) and The Holy Land of Thangia (herein “Thangia”) shall hereby enter into a diplomatic agreement in which trade between the two nations shall be expanded.  In exact terms, excess of goods, both raw and processed, shall be exported from one nation to another in accordance with the market demand therein.

Additionally, missionaries under Archon Al’Mastiff IX of Thangia shall be permitted to preach in the name of the Burned God within the borders of Carnelia, and be exempt from any relevant legal restrictions for the duration of their time in Carnelia.  Said Missionaries shall be afforded the protections of Carnelian citizens under civil law.

Missionaries (Imams) of the Burned God will go forth amongst the people of the Serene Republic of Carnelia and will seek to spread the word of the Burned God.

[b]Administrative Order[/b]
In an effort to recover from the flash floods that have sunken portions of Bahran and Khemustan the treasury of the Church of the Burned God shall be opened and funds spent on large-scale reconstruction efforts, in a bid to help the afflicted areas recover. The Holy City of Teccan shall see the most attention, though, and the Archon shall call for the faithful to put aside either some of their wealth or their labour so as to help the holiest city of Crypso regain its glory.
