noooo! blame the potion maker, not me!

if someone makes a potion that turns you into a giant, or makes you breathe fire; and you just so happen to cause some minor destruction with it, it´s not the fault of the imbiber, but the creator for bringing such a tool into existance in the first place.

because obviously, when you make a badass potion, you kNOW people will use it because... it´s badass! ^_^
