[@Revans Exile] I don't plan on doing an alternate universe, and the original plan was to (indeed) make it a post-ME3 storyline. I feel like that would best suit the type of roleplay everyone is expecting here but for maybe one person. So don't worry, I'm not planning on significant changes.

So, assuming that we create a post-ME3 storyline... and incorporate any races that interest individuals present, we'll need to decide on characters and possible relations. We'll need reasons for characters to interact. A band of misfits as mentioned by [@Arkmageddoncat] might work, but if anyone else has suggestions... don't hesitate to pitch in. I don't want to dominate the decisions. 

Depending on the characters that everyone is interested in, we'll most likely have to develop from those interests. If there's someone who wants to roleplay as a Geth, for example, we'll have to choose the post ME3 Shepard choice that correlates. We can do a replace-Normandy crew type thing, too, but we'll have to change a few things and decide when that would take place. Generally, there'd be a lot of smoothing out to do. Everyone, please name the most probable race you'd choose for your character(s).
