Seth snarled in frustration, they were late, due to minor troubles, and, although they didn’t know it, the clock was running fast. So, believing they were late, Seth and Ren dashed down the street, running full pelt, tails streaming behind them. It wasn’t until Seth growled something, and yanked Ren out the way, that she realized she had been on a collision course for a white haired boy, probably a little older than they were. Skidding to a stop and catching Seth, so as to not have him slam into someone else, Ren glanced up, hearing the sirens and seeing the police cars and ambulance. Tugging her custom ear buds out, Ren apologized to the boy, and turned to Seth, “What?”. Outwardly ignoring her, Seth stayed facing the boy “What’s going on?” He queried, followed by a silent prompt to Ren, I want to know what’s up. Ren nodded at Seth and focused her attention on the boy as well, Well, that would be the sky. she replied, tail lashing with excitement, also suddenly curious. Seth sniggered quietly, trying not to put the other boy off.
