Sorry, I just don't know where you decided to go first. A scavenger/biologist is fine and all, but they wouldn't be the first on the ground. Especially not on a possibly-hostile planet- dropship goes down, soldiers secure perimeter and then the less-military people come out to mess with the planet. 

Then it'll either go peacefully and you can all talk and chat about the planet or something might jump out at us. Didn't expect someone to go ahead of everyone else
