From the characters tab. I mean I still am working on my sheets for the most part, but I think it's unfair to any prospective players that we are locking in people with no CS's to show for regarding weeks on end. So, I'm officially repealing the "exclusivity" of characters "locked in" during the brainstorming drafts last year.
