Aside from Dan-V, which I've never heard of until now, I agree with the OP list. Gravity Falls is excellent ([url=http://www.watchcartoononline.com/anime/gravity-falls]you can watch all the episodes here[/url]). Adventure Time is not really that great and Bee and Puppycat pilot was really good.

I'd also reccomend Rick and Morty - geared for adults in the same grain as South Park, Simpsons, et al - only every episode is positively hysterical and orders of magnitude more clever than any cartoon-for-adults that I've ever seen.
