[@Vanguardian] I know, but we are in the future, and I needed equal options. Most of the countries that don't get picked will probably be neutral anyways. Thanks for being kind/smart enough to bring it to my attention!

NSs will be up with just a hint more interest. Feel free to get claims! Any one of those could be a major colonial power. If I have time today, I may just make the NSs anyways.
