[i]Jean is very shy, not knowing much about Greece and it's history nor the things involved with his mother. His first language is french, so he can't speak English fluently, leaving him awkward in most situations. He's always curious about everything around him, constantly asking others for help on what certain things are in English. The sudden transition of languages leaves him dumbfounded and mostly confused, often he'll mix up things that are traditionally done in France to what happens in the camp.[/i]

[i]Growing up with only his dad, who was an artist who struggled to get by, Jean only saw himself as a burden to his father, who constantly painted pictures of the beautiful woman that was Jean's mother. She disappeared after his birth, and had been raised his father. His father had tried to date other women, but it had never worked. He had only eyes for his mother. Jean was always popular in school, he never had a shortage of friends, and he had women constantly lined up to his side. He never wanted girls though. Jean had developed a distaste because of his mother who had abandoned him. He didn't have a problem with men, however. One day he came home, and there were people, here to tell him about his mother and who he really was. Jean agreed to go with them immediately, he wanted to know more about his mother, and lessen the burden of his presence on his father.[/i]
