I took advantage of Amazon's Kindle direct publishing program and put some of my short stories into a collection. I have to list it normally as 99 cents but I can have quick promotions where it can be offered for free! Edit: FYI you don't need a Kindle to read kindle ebooks. There's a free kindle reader app for any smartphone tablet or computer.
