I also have a new idea for ParaCom.  Base location perks.  The main base will have different perks depending on which of the four oceans it will reside in.  The perks will be listed below.  Please vote on what ocean should our base be in.

Future Combat: Pacific Ocean exclusive and doubles engineering efficiency.  That means we have weapons developed twice as quickly as normal.

Expert Knowledge: Atlantic Ocean exclusive and doubles research efficiency.  That means more research can be done at a faster pace.

All In: Indian Ocean exclusive and overall efficiency is increased by 30%.  Includes all non-combatants and operatives.

Chill Out: Arctic Ocean exclusive and reduces panic and paranormal incidents.  Very good for Genius and Superhuman difficulty.
