Well, I don't really have a preference of Mafia nationality. I think Kuai would most fit in with an amalgamated syndicate, if not the Chinese Mafia. Though, the Triad wouldn't be too happy with that.
I'm not going to vote; I'm happy with whatever. Kuai is coming from the outside to help, anyways.
