The Majin race exists as a single being (Buu), which then reproduced asexually. Given that Buu was never released in this timeline (presumably from the Androids killing Babidi when he came to Earth), he should still be the only Majin in the universe.

That said, Trunks is the only living person with any Saiyan blood, and there should be no Namekians on Earth. Frieza and King Cold are probably also dead.
