In the Heroes and Xenoverse canons, Buu had to make a deliberate effort to animate chunks of his own body into other Majins. In both of these, Majins also decrease in power exponentially with each generation. Even so, 2% of Buu's power would be stronger than anything on Earth. Buu's also been sealed for about five million years, so this theoretical offspring would be ludicrously old.

I'm not trying to "No Fun Allowed," as much as it may seem, I just think that a Majin would be very much at odds with the canon of the setting, as well as the tone of the RP. If we're supposed to be the scraps to be trained up into the next generation of Earth's defenders, having one of us as the direct descendant of one of the most powerful beings in the universe is kind of off-putting.
