[@Orior], I omitted a couple lines in Taric's backstory. His skirmishes were now strictly kept in the lands of minor nobles, and had negligible impact. I also detailed his magic style, so I would like you to check it and see if it's sort of what you had in mind :]

Also added some details to the spells.
