[@AllIsOne]Sorry if you misunderstood.  I wasn't saying that Kragen's beard is huge(although i does cover half his face). I was saying that Kragen himself was huge(6 feet 8 inches in height). I mentioned the red beard because red is a less common hair color so it's a distinguishing feature.
