[@Earnest Evans] naw, he ain't broken. the devil fruit can easily be blocked by weapons and it has a very short range. That and its not instant and takes time, espeically on those with strong wills/durability. course I have more advanced techs to help make up for that later on hue hue

he's also very physically weak and if not for his df to help nullify his sense of pain then he'd be taken out pretty easily as he has little battle experience
