Jax
Jax gripped the gun tightly in her hand. She was gripping it so tightly her knuckles were white. In the night, it had gotten colder and chills went down her spine as she released a puff of cold air from her mouth. The man didn't believe that she could kill him. She had in fact killed before, she was a pirate, of course she had killed others before. And in the past, when she did kill, she felt no remorse. In this world it was either kill or be killed, and she'd rather not die or allow any one she gave a damn about to be killed. "I'm sorry." Her teeth were clenched as she spoke, watching angrily from behind as Aubrey struggled to get free. "I'm a pirate, at heart and in my soul. You eff with my comrades and I'll eff you up, bastard" With no hesitation she pulled the hammer of the gun back and pulled the trigger. The bullet went straight through his head and came out the other side, blood spewing everywhere. There was no dramatic sense to this one, no fancy entrance or death, just a plain and simple execution. Her head dropped and her arms hung at her side, her heart pounded in her chest and the sound from the gun made her ears ring. “Ughhh” She didn't regret what she did, nearly that she had to do it. The man could have just walked away, but in the end, he got what he deserved. Another thick puff of cold air escaped her lips as she sighed heavily. "I'm sorry I let this happen to you Aubrey" With an overwhelming feeling of concern and guilt, the girl knelt beside Aubrey. "Are you alright?" Jax pulled him up and let him lean on her. "Shit, please tell me you're okay, Cap'n or Winter will kill me if you're not"
