Adelisa sighed and nodded her head in agreement. It was much too fresh to make lifetime decisions, though they did have forever. She bit her bottom lip slightly before saying, "well, it's a very lonely world out there. Filled to the brim with selfish people. Maybe they need that sense of peace that there is one person out there that when they first lay eyes on eachother they could tell they're meant to be." She glanced at Maria once more and her heart sank. Maria probably disliked her already because of Theo and the blue-eyed Executioner despised her from the very first interaction, Alistair not much better. The only one that Adelisa could truly think of that might care was Morven, so why was Adelisa asked to join them? It was most likely her ability but even that was futile. Her eyes landed on Alistair's back and she made a silent gasp. His back was bleeding. Though it wasn't all that visible, it was clear to Adelisa. She shook her head and looked down at the ground. The last time she asked to help him, he gave her a verbal lashing as she remembered. She said, deflecting the subject "what… what do I do now?" ~~~ Theo coughed slightly, trying to get Jared's attention. "It's not as if you've never seen blood before. It could be worse." He didn't say what could've happened. It was too bothersome to think about dying and besides, it didn't happen. Theo then said to change the subject "so tell me about the girl you swept into your bed."
