Oh okay then, now as for your judgement on a character being able to wield Earth, Water, Fire and Air at a Intermediate level... how would your reaction be? Nothing fancy like Fire Dragons, or flying tornadoes/whirlpools or anything extreme like that. However like simple blast of air, a fireball or maybe a pressurized water blasts. Seems pretty tame but your input would be nice, before I get creative on something. 

(since your here and now, whats your opinion of manipulating the speed of an object? Would that be acceptable or too strong >.>)
