Bio: Jeffrey is a graduate student from MIT and has always had a fascination with time travel. He's read older newspaper articles from London on a man who supposedly traveled through time and never came back. His reports included things like the Eloi and the Morlocks. All of that fascinated him and inspired him to go to London where the time traveler lived and found the blueprints hidden from the public. With this info he made a time machine with the help of others and is really excited to travel through time.
Appearance: Jeffrey is short with black hair and is usually a casual sort of dresser with black shorts and a shirt and sneakers.
