David quickly dove right at the man with that Dan had landed right next to.  [color=fff200]"You are under arrest for the murder of two citizens within the past ten minutes!" [/color] David yelled as he dove while trying to open some handcuffs.  Yes they were old and generally not used anymore, but he was a fan of ancient policing equipment.  But these weren't just any handcuffs, they blocked most forms of transmutations from the one who wore them.  Unfortunately instead of plowing into the man, David ended up a foot off his mark and slid right at Dan.  The handcuffs flew out of David's grip and dropped open in the no man's land between them, and their suspect.
