What did you have in mind? Earliest guns have been crafted but currently pretty low popularity due to combatants hardening armor or dodging with magical ability. Bandits and such love them though.

Limited flight contraptions are around and quite popular among those who can afford them.

Strength enhancing armors and gadgets are definitely around.

Vehicles are still just an wild idea in some idealist head.
