Kenji's day has already has gone sour thanks to Shinja showing him off but Kenji took a sharp inhale and purged the bad thoughts off his head. He then turned back to Lord Shima who was conversing with some of the fellowship. Kenji also wanted to say some words to the Daimyo and so made his way to him. By the time he reached Lord Shima, the Daimyo was talking to the half-Oni Yuudai. The mystic promised Lord Shima that the mission would succeed since she did not like the Daimyo in a worried state. Lord Tenzin simply laughed the notion off and let Yuudai know that he was confident that the fellowship would succeed which would lead to a celebration and possibly marriage for the half-Oni into the Shima family. Kenji raised an eyebrow at that and while it was unusual, it was possible given the family's viewpoints. Once Yuudai was done, it was Kenji's turn. The Daimyo who let the Oja survivors settle near their home with little question, even befriending the small clan and not assimilating it into their own like the logical action. And like, Miss Wakahisa said, we promise the return the relics." "But... please do be careful around my fellow servant, Shinja Harada." Kenji warned.
