1) You can maybe trap people EVENTUALLY, but certainly not yet
2) Powers haven't existed for years, they have existed for about a month (To make things interesting).
3) U.S.F encode their radio transmissions independentaly and the codes change quite often, short of being a technopath it won't be hackable.

These edits and we'll be okay, I like the weaknesses of her abilities but if you could (When you make your edits) give us a bit more about her time before her abilities. In terms of suddenly using her abilities remember the U.S.F is watching...
