It got stalled by the dead/dying Rogue story arc, just like Black Bolt is with the Inhumans, and like I imagine DD will be with Fisk. 

I'm just going to go ahead and pull the band-aid on this one. I'm done here. I've tried, but this is really a sinking ship. Sorry for the abruptness of this, but it has to be done. Let me know if you ever find a way to make this work, [@Dedonus].
