Angelo is a smooth talker and can get people to instinctively put their trust in him and doesn't go anywhere unless he is armed to the teeth under his trench coat. Even In a horrible situation he will just laugh and smile using his sarcastic comments to keep the tension low regardless.
Background: born in the west blue Angelo was told for a long time that his father was a pirate but he was never told who he was or what was his jolly roger. Even from a young age Angelo had a talent for firearms and weaponry, just about anything that goes boom in all honesty. Angelo trained and trained himself to never miss a shot and to quickly go through multiple guns at once knowing that most only gave him a single shot so he had to use more guns to compensate.
