That gets a two-fold answer! Each guild typically has a private library/chamber (original maps and journals as you can imagine, are worth a fortune, so guilds only allow the examination of such items by church officials, government councilmen, other guilds wanting to trade info, or anyone with enough dough). Even regular guild members typically aren't allowed access without permission. So basically, only guild members such as the guild leader and other 'senior' staff can come and go there freely.

Conversely, public libraries like the one in Keithon hold many copies of maps and journals submitted by all manner of guilds. Because of this universal hub, it is also a valuable resource of study for Rosella.

So, either is an option, depending on how you wish a person to approach her. The first option would require a senior guild member and the latter could be anyone.
