Lincoln stays back a bit from the group. It's uncomfortable being sandwiched in with a bunch of strangers. Lincoln notices some drama going on in the front, and sees one of the "higher-ups" throw one of the guys to the ground. The guy that all the girls are gawking at. Lincoln looks down at his feet, taking in everything. When he looks back up, he realizes that he never really noticed the massive size of the tower. The glare of the sun makes it seem even prettier. The man that threw the guy to the ground makes his way up, and whistles. He begins to explain everything, including the room arrangements. Nothing seems better than a nice nap in a cozy bed. It took a while to get here from Slight, and he has been restless for the past week. When he hears that we will be in pairs, he has mixed feeling. Lincoln was never one to have friends. It is not that he didn't want friends, just never could be able to. He had a few friends, hanging out with them when he can, but he mostly just had Braylen. His sister. They always worked together, and played games together growing up. They were extremely close. After the speech was done, everyone started to make their way up to the rooms. Some people stayed outside, talking in groups about the year their going to be spending here. Lincoln waits a little bit for the majority of the crowd to make its way inside the building. He starts to walk in, noticing a lot of nice-looking people. Lincoln wants to restart here. Become more social and outgoing. But not too outgoing. After all, cocky guys end up in trouble, maybe the case for that guy that got thrown to the ground outside. When he enters the building, it looked bigger on the inside if that was even possible. He made his way up to his room, first looking at the names on his door; Lincoln and Paige. "Hm, Paige. Sounds cute." Lincoln says to himself. When he opens the door, the room was quaint. Had the necessities. Lincoln throws the bag on the ground near the bed and collapses. He begins to think a lot about the coming year and how Paige would be. He is gonna be living with this girl, so he wants to be good friends. And dinner! Lincoln is starving and is almost drooling at the thought of food. The ceiling begins to fade away, and Lincoln falls asleep.
