This was 5 days ago, so I believe your answer is that Mokley is accepting CS's, but you may have to wait after things have started to join the RP. Mokley has been in the process of putting everyone's lore together, so I assume the faster you get in a CS, and the easier it fits into what Mokley has put together so far, the sooner you will be accepted.
