SHORT BIOGRAPHY: 
Being raised by a single father, Natsume grew up dealing with responsibilities others his age did not have to. Helping out both with household chores and bills was the norm for him. Although one might argue he might have wasted his youth doing odd jobs, it was not without benefits. He was respected by his friends for his maturity and was well liked by the people in his town. He is currently a first year science major at the local university. As his father was recently able to solve their financial problems, Natsume had wanted to break away into a more care free life. His ticket to said life laid in Aincrad… or so he believed. 

PERSONALITY: 
Strangers might label Natsume as an introvert but his peers know better. While he loves alone time, Natsume makes for great company with his bubbly personality and his conversations never run dry due to his multitude of experiences. Though he was brought up to be kind and understanding, he has not mingled those traits with naivety and he can be perfectly pragmatic when necessary. He is not without faults though, the young man is particularly distrustful of people and seldom accepts things at face value. As a result, while Natsume can easily make friends, there are few whom he is truly close to.
