She chuckled and looked on at the odd-looking fruits in fascination. "Maybe I'm too much of a former city slicker," she said with a grin. She trotted over after tossing the clams she'd gotten into a small bag and got a closer look. "I'll take a few of 'em, see how they are." She let out the softest of sighs. This place was great, and it seemed to her like they'd been making progress in terms of mermaid-human relations. She pictured staying on the island until she was an old woman, eating mangoes and clams. What an awesome thought. [/color]
