Anyways, [@Caits] Sith, I honestly would go with either one as they both have their merits and weaknesses. I know that whatever choice made will be the right one as its all up to you and how you have it play through. As for a gm, have a general consensus or pick a person here that you know is competent enough to gm, trustworthy and is in a proper time zone that allows you to extend your reach.
