Ian does not listen to anyone, he's just very, very, very easy to seduce into doing almost anything, as he doesn't think with his head at all. He lets his desires drive him, but has enough self-control to not be completely controlled by them.

Ian will work hard to change that opinion, but will ultimately only make it worse.

[@t2wave] Made some edits to it after getting accepted, so now I'm waiting for Spawn to come back and re-look it over. Didn't do it last night because I was on my 2DS, and you can't copy and paste on them.
