[@Bunnita] I think what would make the most since is that they're aware of one another and know each other somewhat, and maybe are even on good terms with each other, but that's it. Their methods for how they do their work are pretty much entirely different as well as their personalities and their goals as well. Still, I do think having them interact with one another on friendly terms makes sense.

As for which idea for the city...I really don't care. Not trying to sound rude, but both sound pretty good imo, so I think I'd be happy with either.
