Security are the only ones allowed to openly carry loaded firearms, however Due to the small population and evident threat of the outside all vault citizens are offered basic fire arm training. Feel free to edit YCs since we haven't started yet, but all players will be assigned to maintenance for plot purposes. This makes sense since you are posted where you are needed, not necessarily where you are skilled. We're still waiting on two players to post their characters.
